Virtek LaserQC Ply Inspection System

The Virtek® LaserQC® inspection system automatically generates detailed, color-coded inspection reports and data files of the scanned part. It compares the scanned ply to the CAD file and notes any areas that are out of tolerance. This level of reporting enables users to meet their ISO, TQM, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing requirements.

Virtek LaserQC is designed for the manufacturing environment. It verifies system calibration before each scan to ensure repeatable accuracy. By pinpointing errors immediately on the shop floor, you reduce scrap and rework and improve profitability. Virtek LaserQC captures more than 500 data points per second and is accurate to within 0.05mm (0.002 inches). In addition, quality control reports instill customer confidence. Virtek LaserQC is designed for easy set up so it can be operational in only a few hours. The intuitive user interface allows new operators to quickly become fully proficient.
