With ContourVision automated scan-to-cut system, manufacturers can scan custom printed textiles, automatically generate cut files and cut directly from textile rolls.

The ContourVision system is an option on GERBERcutter® Z1 conveyorized cutting systems.

The scanner captures an image of the custom-printed pattern/image and sends it directly to the ContourVision software. Image processing is extremely fast and cutting begins immediately with no need to create time-consuming cut files.	The ContourVision system is highly accurate so material is never wasted. It calibrates automatically to compensate for misaligned patterns and bow and skew in the material.
