ReAction Feature

ReAction is a simple-to-use but very powerful
new set of Composer capabilities that maintain
the smart-edit, color and shape edit relationships.
With multiple enhancements in this single feature,
ReAction will transform the way you use OMEGA.

Image Effects Menu

New Composer Image Menu functions allow
for adjustment of image color, brightness, contrast,

Improved Choke/Spread

The improved Tools > Choke/Spread function
operates on multiple colors whereas previous
functionality only allowed 2 colors at a time, and
generates more predictable results.

right in Composer. Convert any Composer vectors
into an image to apply new image effects or to
apply the STC Photo halftone.

Perspective Shadow creates a shadow that is
wider or narrower than the original. Combine

Interactive Outline

Click and drag the cursor to generate an outline
and edit parameters onscreen. If you double-click
to edit the outline via ReAction, you will get the
standard outline dialog box.

• Save/Load Parameters As… saves and re-
  uses multiple output settings on future jobs.
• Test Cut assures that plotter settings are
  correct before cutting an entire job.
• An End of Job Target makes it easier to flip
  over and thru cut the liner of decals for
  creating thru-cut labels and decals.
• Cut Rules by Layer sets multiple plotter
  weight and speed settings to be used in
  the same job when using an enVision plotter.
• Left/Left Plotter Start Position makes it
  easier to re-run the same job for cutting
  thicker materials.

Generate Print-to-Cut Targets

Print-to-Cut targets for the Gerber M Series
flatbed cutter can be placed around jobs or
objects manually or automatically. Simply select
the new tool in the Construction toolbar.

Pre-Made Templates

Template GCA Files are available that include
effects that can be modified and reused. These
files can be placed into Composer, then double-
clicked to access the ReAction tree to edit the text
and create special effects quickly and easily.
