Featured Sessions

Here's a look at just a few of our many sessions

Digital Solutions to Take Your Data from Concept to Completion

Adoption of Gerber's Digital Solutions will enable data to freely flow from process to process. One example is that data created in AccuPlan™ can be sent to spreading and cutting with a Cut Ticket, eliminating the need for manual entry in the cut room which reduces labor and errors while increasing throughput. This data can be updated and monitored as it moves from spreading to cutting, providing accurate, up-to-date production status.

Save Time and Money with Virtual Sample Management

Further capabilities to our AccuMark®/YuniquePLM® Integration! See how our new AccuMark Creator can help you streamline your sample making process. Learn how you can reduce the number of physical samples by taking advantage of virtual samples while tracking your samples and patterns and collaborating with vendors and coworkers.

Picture This: Gerber's Integrated Digital Printing Solution

Take a deep dive into the world of graphic design and digital printing of textiles through Gerber's digital printing solution. Utilizing YuniquePLM's Adobe® plugin, assets can be easily managed and updated directly in Illustrator®! The artwork can then be added to AccuMark pieces and placed to perfection with simple grade and scale functions while easily matching placements across pieces in AccuMark 3D. With images placed, users can automate image replacement to create personalized garments with endless print options while being optimized for cut room production on Gerber’s Z1 cutter with CountourVision™.

Reshape the Virtual Buying Experience

E-Commerce is known for low conversion and high return rates. Sound familiar? Come see how Avametric's Virtual Try On can help your customers be more confident in product selection and purchase the size that fits.

Student FashionTech Competition

For ideation 2018, students pursuing a degree in Fashion are called upon to incorporate technology as the main focus of their design and development process. Students are invited to get inspired by Pantone’s Color of the Year 2018, Ultra Violet, and choose from a range of related colors. All students are required to use AccuMark® and YuniquePLM® to develop patterns, create tech packs, and visualize their final design.

Great balance, excellent mix of presenting insights with the panel discussion involving the key people behind the digitization effort by Gerber Technology finalized by unveiling the partnership with Avametric. Well done!
Overall it was great to see what can be configured and rearranged within the YuniquePLM system on our own. It will help save time in the future. We look forward to more options to help us customize our environment.
It was really helpful to have extra Gerber people during the AccuPlan and AccuManager session. Although it was very technical, the Gerber representives were close by when we got stuck. Loved this class!
